Data Logging

Before executing the sequencer, select or clear the Data Logging check box to enable or disable data logging.

When enabled, measurements is logged and readings are stored in a data log on your computer.

The data log files are stored with an *.ivif file extension in the "Documents" folder on your computer and are organized by instrument type.
For example – C:\Users\<user_name>\Documents\Keysight\PathWaveACSource\Data Logs\.
The data log file name consists of the AC Source model number followed by "DataLog", the date, current time, and a numeric index. For example, AC6906HDataLog-2021-11-20-11-40-26-31.

While not connected to an instrument, you can load a previously-stored Data Log file and view it in the Offline Data Log Viewer. For more information, see Load Offline Data Log.
